Tameana Salush Nahí | High-Frequency Pleiadian Energy Therap

Tameana is a spiritual energy healing practice founded by Juan Manuel Giordano.

It combines quartz crystals, sacred geometric formations and specific vibrational symbols. In the foundational Salush Nahí practice, the crystals form a triangle and the healing follows the body's seven main chakras.

According to Tameana teachings, this process helps harmonise the energetic field, release accumulated energetic patterns and support inner balance and transformation.

The three sessions create one complete energetic cycle, with approximately one week between each healing. The process does not stop when the session ends -  the energy continues to move and integrate in the days between sessions.

Session 1 opens the process.
Session 2 builds on what has already begun to shift.
Session 3 completes the cycle and supports integration.

For the three weeks, I recommend giving Tameana space to unfold without adding other energetic healing practices at the same time. This keeps the energetic process focused around your chosen intention and makes it easier to notice what is changing from one session to the next.

Both are energy healing traditions, but Tameana follows its own structured method.

In Salush Nahí, three quartz crystals form a triangular energetic circuit. Specific vibrational symbols are used as the practice progresses through the seven chakras.

The crystals, geometry and symbols are central to the Tameana method.

Yes. Tameana can be used as a complementary energetic healing practice alongside your fertility journey. If your intention is conception, we focus the three-session cycle on supporting your energetic preparation for pregnancy, treatment or embryo transfer.

The sessions complement your medical care by focusing on the energetic side of the journey - helping release heaviness, restore flow and vitality, and support your system in settling out of prolonged stress and tension. Many women experience this as feeling calmer, more grounded and more receptive as they move forward.

Yes. Tameana can be especially supportive after loss when grief, sadness and emotional pain have left you feeling depleted, heavy or disconnected from your body.

Across the three-session cycle, the healing works through the whole energetic system, with particular attention to the heart, sacral chakra and womb space. The intention can be held around helping the energetic weight of the experience begin to move, restoring vitality and bringing fresh energy back into areas that may feel closed, exhausted or deeply affected.

The love, memories and connection with the soul of your baby are carried forward.

No. Conception can be the intention, but Tameana works with your wider energetic system. You can also bring an intention around relationships, career, emotional wellbeing, identity, life direction or a major transition - especially when you feel stuck, depleted, disconnected from yourself, or ready for something in your life to begin moving again.

During each session, channelled healing energy is directed through a triangular placement of quartz crystals, used within Tameana to transmit and amplify the energetic frequency around you. This creates a focused energetic field that works through the chakras and supports both your whole system and the specific intention you bring to the healing.

This matters because the crystals are not simply placed around you symbolically - within the Tameana practice, their structure is used to help create a stable energetic field through which the healing frequency can be directed more coherently.

Quartz has a highly ordered crystalline structure and piezoelectric properties, allowing it to respond to pressure, vibration and frequency with remarkable stability. This is why quartz is also used in precision and biomedical technology.

Within Tameana, quartz is used as an energetic transmitter and amplifier - helping hold and direct the healing frequency through the chakras and towards your chosen intention.

Every session can feel different. You may experience warmth, tingling, pulsing, waves of energy, imagery, emotional release, deep relaxation. It all depends on your energy and energetic history within your whole body.

You may also feel particular energetic centres more strongly. With a conception intention, this can include the sacral chakra and womb space, while another session may feel more active around the heart, solar plexus or elsewhere in the body.

Occasionally, an area with a strong physical or energetic history - such as a surgery site, repeated IVF injection area or old injury - may temporarily become more noticeable. Within Tameana, this is understood as energy moving through an area carrying a stronger imprint. If the sensation is mild and manageable, simply continue receiving and observe what you notice.
