At the beginning of our session, I’ll take a few minutes to explain how I work and answer any initial questions you may have.

The first 5-10 minutes of the reading will be devoted to sharing what I’ve already picked up based on the photograph you sent me - this helps us begin with insight that’s already coming through.

From there, we’ll move into a live connection with your Spirit Babies - and, if you wish, we will conclude with an Energy Healing and words of wisdom from your Spirit Guides.

We’ll begin by creating a calm, focused space, setting the intention for connection, and gently easing into a heart-open state. I encourage you to release any expectations about what messages should come through and allow the experience to unfold naturally.

Coming in with an open heart and mind truly helps the energy flow and the healing 💛

For any mediumship work, I offer what’s known as direct mediumship.

This means I focus on connecting with a specific spirit or soul you feel called to hear from. 

Whether it's a Spirit Baby, a loved one who has passed, or a particular guide, I attune directly to their energy. This isn’t about opening to all spirits in general - but about creating a clear, focused connection with the one you’re intentionally inviting in.

If there’s someone specific you’d like to connect with, I recommend letting me know in advance - and if possible, sending a photo and your relation to that loved one. This helps me open the channel into their energy before and during the session.

It’s a sacred, intentional form of communication - and a way to honour the soul you’re reaching for.

Please keep in mind that while I always set the intention for connection, I cannot guarantee that a specific spirit will come through. Every connection depends on a few things: energy, timing, willingness from the spirit world, and something we often call “energetic chemistry".

Just like in life, sometimes there’s a natural resonance - and sometimes there isn’t. The same applies in the spirit world. There may be times when a spirit doesn’t align with my energy as a medium, and the connection simply doesn’t flow.

This isn’t something to worry about - it’s a well-known part of mediumship. In such cases, another medium may naturally be a better match for that particular spirit’s energy.

Mediumship is never forced. It's always about alignment, openness, and trust in the process.

My intention is always to create a space that feels deeply healing, supportive, and validating for you. However, I understand that sometimes a reading may not resonate - and that’s okay.

If you feel the session is not meeting your expectations, please let me know:
🕒 Within the first 20 minutes of a 1-hour or 1.5 hour session

If shared within that time frame, I will respectfully cancel the session at no cost to you.

Likewise, if I feel that the connection or the quality of information does not meet my own mediumistic standards, I will also end the session with no charge to you.

Your experience matters to me - and I want you to leave feeling clear, supported, and seen.

If you've had an online Spirit Baby Medium Reading or Spirit Guides Channeling with Energy Healing, I will send you an audio recording and /or summary + transcript as soon as possible after our session.
